Faelon Partners, Ltd announces the sale of Tri Communications Security Services (TriComm). TriComm designs and installs low voltage alarm, fire, access control and monitoring systems. Faelon Partners, Ltd. represented TriComm with the sale of the business to Heartland Security Services. We assisted our client through the entire sales process, including marketing materials, due diligence and buyer outreach. Faelon Partners, Ltd. communicated and negotiated the transaction with the buyer and assisted with the due diligence process.

Heartland Security Services is based in Melrose, MN and is owned by rural electrical cooperatives in Minnesota and Iowa. Heartland Security primarily serves customers throughout central and southern Minnesota as well as northern Iowa.
